Welcome to Saku Hot Yoga
Where you come to play, to laugh, and to grow.
Inspired by the Japanese word saku, meaning “to bloom,” or “to laugh,” our studio is built on a simple but powerful belief: that growth happens when we move with joy, connect with heart, and support each other as a community.
At Saku Hot Yoga, we offer a welcoming, inclusive space for every body and every level. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, our expertly led hot yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, release stress, and reconnect—with yourself and with others.
We’re more than just a yoga studio—we’re a heart-led community.
Expect uplifting classes, a supportive environment, and a space where you can sweat, smile, and grow—at your own pace.
Join us at Saku, and discover what it means to feel good in your body, free in your mind, and fully connected to the moment.
Meet the team..

We’re beyond excited to introduce Cat, our Lead Teacher and Director of Yoga here at Saku Hot Yoga.
With over 7 years of experience teaching everything from restorative yoga to Hatha Vinyasa, Cat brings a calm strength and thoughtful energy to every class. She’s not only an exceptional teacher but also the guiding force behind the heart of our studio.
Beth
Meet Beth, a yoga teacher, adventurer, and soulful guide who blends movement with meaning. Beth’s classes are a blend of breath, presence, and just the right amount of challenge—crafted to create space for deep connection, both on the mat and within.
Whether you’re flowing with the elements, grounding in stillness, or exploring the magic of the present moment, her offerings invite you to move with curiosity, embody your truth, and feel empowered in your practice—and in your life.
Natz
Natz discovered yoga over a decade ago while searching for the same calm she once found working underwater. What began as curiosity soon became a lifelong practice rooted in mindfulness and movement.
She completed her 200-hour training in Rishikesh, India, and now teaches Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Chair Yoga, and 1:1 sessions. Her classes are playful, grounding, and welcoming—designed to help students reconnect with themselves.
Currently training as a soft tissue therapist, she brings a deepening knowledge of anatomy into her teaching, offering a practice that is both thoughtful and accessible. Yoga, for her, is a space for creativity, resilience, and reflection.
Jazz
Meet Jazz
Jazz is a passionate and creative yoga teacher with a deep love for her family and a heartfelt mission to empower others through movement. Her classes are a safe and supportive space where students are invited to reconnect with themselves—body, mind, and spirit.
With a continually evolving personal practice, Jazz draws on her exploration of the connections between movement, trauma, and energy to create meaningful experiences on the mat. Her vinyasa classes are known for their fluid creativity and thoughtful themes, blending physical and emotional journeys in a way that feels both grounding and freeing. In restorative sessions, she invites students to soften, reflect, and open themselves to a deeper sense of connection—with themselves and the life they lead.
Whether you're looking to move, release, or simply breathe, Jazz brings a warm and intuitive presence to every class. You'll leave feeling seen, supported, and more in tune with your inner world.
Flo
Flo is a dedicated Vinyasa-style yogini who offers a slower, more intentional approach to Vinyasa flow. Her teaching invites practitioners to mindfully explore each posture, honoring the unique expression of the pose within their own bodies. Guided by the rhythm of the breath, Flo fosters deep coordination between movement and breath, cultivating a profound sense of balance, presence, and spaciousness—both physically and mentally.
Deeply rooted in the spiritual and philosophical traditions of yoga, Flo's classes are enriched with elements such as mudras, pranayama, and esoteric teachings. This integrative approach encourages students to journey beyond the physical, connecting with their inner selves and nurturing a holistic, transformative practice.
Meg
Meg began her yoga journey in 2011, completing her teacher training at an ashram in the U.S, rooted in the tradition of Integral Yoga and the teachings of Swami Satchidananda. Her approach is holistic, blending classical yoga postures, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and deep relaxation to support balance in body, mind, and spirit.
With over a decade of experience, Meg’s classes offer a grounding and accessible experience for all levels. She holds space with warmth and presence, guiding students to connect inward, move intentionally, and carry the peace of practice into everyday life.
Len
With a teaching style grounded in adaptability and inclusivity, Len emphasizes the powerful connection between breath and movement, guiding students toward deeper inner awareness. Viewing yoga as a holistic tool for building resilience, their approach blends traditional wisdom with modern needs.
The journey began in 2001 at an Indian ashram, culminating in Sivananda Hatha Yoga certification in 2004. Since then, Len has taught for over two decades across the globe—from corporate environments to grassroots community classes—shaping a uniquely flexible, compassionate style that meets students wherever they are.
Also certified in chair-based yoga, Len is committed to lifelong learning, ensuring that every session is safe, empowering, and accessible to all abilities.
